So annoyed. The machine displays that it is a co-z machine but Its not. I cant get it to heat up. I have tried to get it to get the counter to go up but it only goes down. Doesnt heat up. I was excited to use it. I have looked for additional instructions online but there isnt any. Dont buy

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased this heat press (15x15, 8 in 1) in March by May it was no longer working. The power button wouldn't turn on. I check the fuse but wasn't the problem. Contacted the manufacture and informed it was past the 30 day return policy. So thats over $300 down ...

I bought my press machine at the end of November since then I've used it 3 times and it no longer turns on. I tried to return the machine or even exchange it but they only give 30 days to return it and it gives no option to exchange it.
