I'm really not sure what else I would want from a trail camera and for the price you can't go wrong. I guess if you need something really fancy or if you have extra money to spend feel free to buy a more expensive one.

Bought this cam last year and wasn't expecting much. Ended up being the best cam I have. Better than other brands that cost 3x as much. Bought 2 more this year to put out. Love the pics and videos, great battery life and trigger speeds. No complaints whatsoever.

I don't know how well it would work for trails but I have it over a mineral site and it works great.
