I got a refurbished tablet with wear and tear it still looks good, but I ordered a new tablet , but it shuts down after use and would have to charge it battery drains when not in use I just got it nothing is on it ,just setting up and leave it alone ..it pretty cool like a computer but it is slow...

We never even got a chance to use the tablet. After using the tablet for 30 minutes the tablet started cutting off on it's own. We wait for 1 hour before trying it again and sure enough the tablet kept cutting off by itself. So I am returning the tablet for a full refund.
