Product was damaged when received. Had a great big crack all the way down the side. No wonder with the flimsy packaging and no inner protection. Returned to the store with no problem however but was disappointed.

This kettle does just what I needed. It heats water fairly quick and cuts itself off which is a big plus. The only thing I wish were different is that the element is exposed to the water and has to be treated pretty regularly. However, I do think for the cost it is a very good buy.
