Scotch Super Glue Pen, .07 oz, 1 Glue Pen

I bought a Scotch Liquid Super Glue Pen today because it looked like it would be easy to use. The directions only say to to take off the cap (blue) and then tip the pen down and glue would come out. This is obviously not true.

Pushed down on tip but no glue came out. My complaint is the same as all of the others I see. Called the customer service number and they are sending me an envelope to return product for a refund. They told me product might be old and glue might be dried up.

My fault for not looking at the back of the package before buying this. Had I done so, I would've returned it to the rack after I noticed there's ten steps listed under directions. Ten steps. The comments about opening the product are accurate. I opened it by cutting the tip then using a sewing needle to get it open. That is minor compared to the fact that the glue doesn't hold.
