There are no instructions on how to get the poles to telescope apart. No big deal, you think... Except it doesn't come apart. The top of the umbrella is lovely but not useable if you cant stand it upright. Have to drive another 50 minutes to return it! Really Unhappy!

Bought two of these in aqua for our backyard, with the Mainstays Bases. One week after purchase, was sitting in the yard with mild gusts (approx 15mph) of wind and the first combo umbrella/stand blew over. I had no problems with my umbrella. It does not telescope. You just either have the top half of the pole put in the bottom half of the pole or not. It tilts easy enough. Seems good quality, especially for the price. I bought 2 of these in the aqua color.

Easy to put together and take apart for storage. Nice storage bag. Love the tilt feature.
