These long Chef Craft Spatula/Turners get right to the bottom of my large pans, allowing me to scrape (not burn!) my food. They are tough and don't bend. We love them.

These spatulas are solid and we'll made. The shank and the body are one piece of fairly thick metal. The plastic handle covering the shank gives good protection against heat. I opened my package of two and immediately ordered two more.
