Bought for my daughter to make microwave peanut brittle. I've had this size for years and it perfect for that and most every mixing bowl thing because of the handle, measurements and lip. Few places carry this size and glad you still have it on line.

Finally I have found a glass container to boil water in a microwave for iced tea. It can handle the heat and cold. I boil the water in a microwave, add my tea bags. Then when brewed down and cooled down a bit, I can easily pour the tea into a pitcher. I love it!!!
