I love it! I have used it 4 times already and the yogurt was delicious. You can strain the yogurt in the bag if you like it thicker. I then use some of this whey for my next batch. Also use the whey for baking in place of water/buttermilk. Fantastic biscuits and pancakes.

It doesn't hold 2 ltrs as reported, only 2 quarts. I phoned manufacturer before purchase to ask if it makes probiotic yogurt - which starts at a lower temp than regular and ferments longer - and she said yes. It does I guess but not very satisfactory. After 15 hrs, yogurt still very, very soft...
