the comforter was very soft. It looks exactly like the picture. it doesn't come with sheets which is fine, i found some dark grey sheets with diamond imprints at burlington for like $10 i would upload pics but I got this for my dorm in NC and i'm in FL rn so I can't take a pic. hope this helps!
