I love the beautiful pictures, they actually made me hungry. I'm not so sure that there were a lot of recipes I would try, simply because I didn't like the ingredients. But that's just my personal opinion. It offered a lot of great ideas and great information.

I bought this book for my mom who is a diabetic & has to watch what she eats. She says she loves the cookbook because it has very simple easy recipes to make that don't break her wallet on a budget. She says the recipes you cook tastes great & my dad & youngest brother eat the food not knowing it...

I'm not diabetic, but I bought this to help me lose weight. I like that the recipes don't have tons of weird ingredients or complicated instructions; otherwise they wouldn't be "30 Minute Meals", right? There's even a section of skillet meal recipes, which are super easy.
