Key would not come out of lock and broke off. Replaced under warranty (Thank you!) and installed new Ashfield door lever with Smart Key.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with the locking mechanism. Contacted Kwickset and lock was replaced with a new one, no problems no issues. So building a cabin and the locks are now Kwickset as well.
