Advertised as new, but I definitely received a refurbished laptop that had scratched and dents all over it. Turned it on for one day to set it up and by the next day it wouldn't turn on at all. Definitely a rip off.

I was willing to pay more since it was advertised as new, but it WASN"T. When it arrived it even said refurbished. Returning and better get my money back.

HP EliteBooks are excellent business computers if you want to do what a businessman does, as they have no bloatware, are durable, and have an easy to use keyboard. It doesn't have a fingerprint reader, but who cares? you can use a PIN instead of a password. Not the latest model or Intel Processor...
