It looks great and actually toasts toast and bagels the way a person wants them, both sides the same instead of one side light and the other either not toasted or too dark. We love the new toaster just sorry it took us so long to order one from Sams.

The toaster is a little larger than most toasters but it matches our stainless steel appliances nicely and works well for toast, bagels, and frozen waffles. My husband loves that the slots are large enough to toast thick slices of bread. A good buy for the great price!

Frankly, I bought this product based on the reviews I read here. So my expectations might have been raised needlessly. It has a large foot print and takes up a lot of counter space. The Toaster works OK and that is the best I can say about it.
