My Sweet Love 8-Inch Mini Soft Baby Doll, is soft and squishy easy for little hands to hold. The head, arms & legs are a harder plastic so if let's say a 7 mo were to bonk their heads on on it, it may hurt. the doll says 2+ but, I think it's easy for younger kiddos to play with this too.
