Bought this for my 4 year old niece. It cast good and seems to be a good quality. It had a little trouble reeling in the Large Mouth Bass that she caught but did just fine on the crappie she caught around the dock before we left.

The reel was broken before we ever got to use this rod. I have not been able to return it but it will go back to the store. Very poor quality. Very disappointed.
