I am very happy with the purchase. I would expect to pay a lot more for a radar detector with all the bells and whistles (no pun intended) that this one has. It sounds off real loud for a couple of seconds and then almost mutes itself so it is not annoying when it detects signals. Thank you.

PICKS UP RADAR FROM SOMETIMES MILES AWAY - PROPER USE OF THE SETTINGS GETS RID OF FALSE ALARMS DUE TO ALL THOSE LITTLE PROXIMITY RADARS ON ALL THE NANNY CARS.

Overly large ; constantly picks up blind spot sensors from other cars ; cord too long ; comes in a nice carry case ? I would never use. Retuned it kept my 6 year old whistler

Detector goes off too much. It detects other drivers radar detectors also. I couldn’t tell if it was radar from a patrol car, store front, highway sign, or other source. I am returning it.
