It's lightweight, but I have it in an area rug, and it works for me. Styled it with a large wooden tray, and a carb-all bowl, and I kind of love it.

This ottoman was easy to assemble (simply screw on the legs) and looks great in our living room. However, it definitely has a blue/greenish tint to it. This is especially noticeable when you put a true gray object next to it. It will work for us but I am a little disappointed. Price was great com...

The fabric is a darker gray than pictured. The legs (which are self-assembly) come with a bizarre cap over the threads. I had to work each one off with a wrench before I could screw them in. Once that was done, the rest of the assembly is a cinch. It's very comfortable to put my feet on...my heel...
