I bought this and the on/off switch stopped working after 2 months. I figured I had a bad item but I loved the design so I bought another. The 2nd warmer did not even last 2 months. Total disappointment.

Product was very unsatisfactory. After each use, wax would get in to the electrical housing and burn out the bulbs. I would have to take it apart completely and clear the wax each time. Went through three bulbs until I gave up on it.

Got this for Christmas. Plugged it in put a cube of wax in. Went back three hours later still not melted. Unfortunately don't have the receipt.

I loved this when I first got it. It worked great and is really beautiful. However after only a couple of months it stopped working. I thought maybe I just got a dud bulb and tried a new one. Nope! It's not working anymore. Guess you get what you pay for:(
