I have been using a Vitamix for 35+ years. The first one was inherited from a grandmother when I was a young wife. It is such a vital part of the kitchen that it has been a wedding gift for two of my children! Had to replace my old one this last month.

After reviewing a demo in a local store, I was hooked. I had to research Vitamix not only to determine how great it was but to determine which model I wanted. I chose the 7500. I use it everyday. I love it.

This machine runs so smoothly. No bells and whistles but still worth the price for sure. In the beginning my smoothies were a bit grainy but ready through the manuel and follow the recipes and they'll come out as promised. I purchased my vitamix 7500 a month ago and have used it everyday multiple times per day!! Smoothie, hummus, nut milks, nut butter, the vitamix does it all! If you're on the fence about purchasing a vitamix JUST DO IT. My only regret is not purchasing sooner ;)
