My toilet just had screws that were starting to rust. These caps clip together with base to keep everything looking clean and neat. They are very easy to put on. Instructions are clear. Cleaning will also be easier and I don't have to worry about the bolt rusting.

I don't know how these break or come loose, but I got these and they were easy to put on!! I just cleaned the screw post thingy that sticks up from the floor and put these on and it makes a big difference!! Who knew something so small could make your bathroom look clean and fresh!!!
