The customer service at American Standard is excellent. They assisted my mother with the performance issues she was experiencing, without argument, the faulty toilet was replaced. The toilet we received is excellent and it performs as advertised. My mother is ecstatic.

We've just been using the new toilet a couple of weeks, but love the height and it seems to flush well ( this is important to my husband). So glad we went to the chair height, makes you think how low you set before and great on the knees.
