Was looking for some single 45 pound plates to match my current weider set at a reasonable price and these were right on the money.

I didn't pay attention to these 45 lb weight when I ordered them. I have a standard bar but 2 1/2 lbs plate on either side and tighten them down works.

How do you go wrong with iron weight plates? The grip handles help you hold on better when you are loading or unloading a bar. They enable you to hang on to them when doing halos or heavy carries. The paint seems durable enough but it's not important if the paint chips. These plates at Walmar...

This was received in perfect condition, new! These weights match the set I have perfectly in color. The boxes were torn up a little but the weights were not damaged. The grey/silver finish is perfect.
