I was in the market for a foam roller and was also looking for something that can do mini massages. This roller also include an exercise chart that's beneficial to reach deep muscles and the massaging bumps is great to decrease muscle tightness. I highly recommend!

Although i didn't transform into the model who's in this imagery, I did feel 1000000X better after I used the foam roller. I have the worst pain in my glutes, and this foam roller seriously saved my life.

I received this as a free sample but I LOVE it! It's especially great if you have shoulder pain because it can really get in the grooves of your back muscles. Would recommend!
