I bought a size small (4/6) for my 4 year old little boy. The body suit fits perfect and has a couple of inches to spare, but the mask is way too small. I would recommend going up a size.

When I got the Spiderman package I was so excited. I loved it. We would take my son out every weekend till Halloween came along. So he wore it like 5 times. The caller start to get undone and the thread was started to run. But luckily it lasted till Halloween came along. Costume does run small.

My 3 year old and I did not love this costume. The color of the textile is way too dark---the blue and the red are dark. Also he did not enjoy wearing the mask, it's a bit tight.
