Awesome mouthguard! Works exactly like videos. Real easy to talk with it in your mouth. Locks in tight- you need to remove it with your hand (not tongue). Protection is good; no issues at all (Lacrosse). A little tricky to form but just follow instructions. Make a mistake- reform it.
