This mat was absolutely great for lounging in the pool to tan......you're in the water so not so hot, and really comfy. The only thing I wish was that the head rest was designed so you could also lay on your belly to tan your back...but it doesn't really do that. While I love this one for ease...

Perfect because regular floaties keep you above water and these keep you in the water and you wont ever get hot because your body is partially submersed, we love them
