Big fan of harbinger products so I thought the rope would be a good choice. Pro tip, it's not! The bearings are garbage and the rope itself always becomes twisted. The handles do not have a good ergonomic design. It's just not comfortable in the hands.

I found it was easy to adjust the rope. This is a good jump rope.
