the zipper on this chair was poor quality.it was split apart . the lever for the foot rest is hard to lock into place

I am 5'1 i can not sit at my desk as the chair is to low.and the chair does not get taller, bad design. Also when you set the seat back it will not stay in place even when you tighten it..my husband is 6 foot he could not reach the desk.. Very dissapointed!

not easy to work to recline you have to be strong to do so and you have to turn another knob to keep it reclined position did not like it at all returned to store

Very nice chair, especially for the price. The footrest is a bit awkward to extend, but it's a very comfortable chair.

Bought two of these for my home theater due to prior great buying experience with Cymax. Arrived 5 days EARLY (!) packaged well with no damage. Will later try to add a picture of same. Easy instruction but it took some muscle and hammering to thread the bolts holding the seat and back together. F...
