I bought this to preserve preserve my tomato and okra harvest this season. I really like the metal trays and the unit is very easy to clean. I've saved a lot of fruit from the trash can! The information that showed up with it made getting started anxiety free.

I've made jerky several times and it is an awesome product. Go with the stainless and cover the racks with parchment paper. It is top of the line for a reason! Easy and zero clean up. Can't wait to try more recipes!
