It's nice to have my knives right in reach when Im preparing food and I like look of the wood handles and block. The only thing I dont like is it says Paula Dean on it. Who is Paula Dean?

I have purchased numerous knive sets in the past and none came even close to the quality of the paula deen set. I would recommend anyone to buy this set.

Great product... the wood is beautiful and the knives are very sturdy and sharp. I cook a lot so knives are very important to me... VERY PLEASED! (only small complaint is that steak knives are not serrated).
