Bought 2 of these in purple for my front porch steps and they are beautiful with hibiscus planted in both. Not sure how the "self watering" system will work but I added a layer of capillary mat on top of the shelf extending all the way to the bottom to help. Hope these hold up to our WI winters...

Had other flower boxes under the window that rusted and didn't retain moisture for our flowers. This box has solved that problem. We added two trellises to our second box and will have ivy climbing on them, giving some color and height to our blank front entrance.

I purchased the white self-watering Planter Boxes for the front of our house to plant flowers on each side of our stone bench. They look great! Wish it came in a pale yellow or basket color but the white is beautiful. Love the self watering feature as well! Couldn't be happier with my purchas...
