      After receiving the box, which looked like it was a toy for a playful elephant, I was happy to see that the hitch wasn't damaged at all. It went on smoothly, it took less than an hour, and it is nicely tucked under our 2011 Rav4.

      This hitch was a perfect fit and very easy install. I did it myself using a jack stand to support one side of the hitch while I lifted the other side and got the bolts started. Less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Perfect for use with my bike rack.
