I am 100% sure people need to see this after not lifting for 8 months or so. I was doing 3 sets of 10 of 2 plates on the bench and I picked this plate up after unboxing it and it was HEAVY. Made me question whether it was a 55. If you are in my position put your ego aside and just buy some 25s.
