Used it for about two weeks now. Very solid bar for the price. Gives skull crushers a new meaning with the neutral grip and a stretch that’s much different than a rope pull down / dip. Highly recommended!

Well, Titan Fitness did it again!! At $45 this tricep bar is an excellent value. I see no problems what so ever with the welds or chrome. Really well built bar. And the shipping?? I literally had this bar in my hands 22.5 hours after ordering it. I don't know how they do it. The bar weighs 23 lbs...
