This is truly a junky, cheap coffee maker. I ordered a Melita, and this one is called Aroma Brew. Very poor quality. Melita was a very good quality brewer. This one is flimsy. Should not be listed as a Melita. Very de entice. I am very dissatisfied!!,

The one feature I found that I did not like was the difficulty in raising the lid to the coffee filter. You could lift the whole unit up by the lid because it snapped too tightly into place. You had to use both hands to lift the lid.
