Bought for my 4 year old who is 3 foot 4 inches. Everything fits him perfectly. I imagine in another year the gloves may not fit. They are tiny wholes but if his fingers only get longer and not fatter, they will be fine. The design scratches easily but is to be expected when you have a crash land...

Our son wears these often while riding his bike and scooter, and they've saved his little body from so many scrapes during falls. They scuffed pretty quickly, but they haven't cracked, and more importantly, he's without scratches, so I'd buy again and recommend!
