I'm a runner , but in my 60's, so when the weather is uncooperative, this makes a perfect substitute .... and it works the upper body unlike my regular running .... I'm not a fan of fitness clubs.... been there , done that, but now I'm able to stay at home and get a good workout ....

This is a great piece of equipment for the price! Setup was easy as long as you follow the directions. It moves very smoothly and I like that there are different program options. Definitely recommend this item!

Excellent machine at a decent price. I foresee getting a more advanced machine in the future, a fire has been lit in me with the efficiency of rowing as a total body workout. Haven't skipped a day since I got it! I can feel a difference in the results of my workouts.

I purchased the Stamina 1130 rower after reading a number of professional reviews. The item was received, packaged well, within 4 days of my order. The box wasn't really heavy so I could get it to my basement easily. (I am a 65 year old female.) I uncrated all the parts and did a quick inventory....
