Caution - 12 inch mattress guideline is for Queen bed only. 10 inch is maximum for Full, per manufacturer. I'm in the process of returning and reordering mattresses but love the bed.

Love the Murphy Bed and how it looks! Took about 4 hours to complete installing. We were a little surprised when it arrived in an 18 wheeler with only one person to unload! Thank goodness my husband was home!! They didn't bring any dolly or anything to offload! Not to pleased about that!!
