Open the brand new laptop. Computer screen NEVER turned on. Charged it like I was suppose to but just the keyboard lights came on, NEVER the actual screen. Return item within 24 hours of receiving it from online. Got a full refund in store. Wouldnt recommend. 08/18/2020
