I've had this unit working now for about two weeks and I'm impressed that it actually filters out a lot of the false alarms that my older unit wouldn't. It also has a better range of detection. For being just a basic unit it does exactly what I want it to do.

recently I got down RAD250 from USA. it works very fine with all X and K bands, but very poor in Laser detection. of course it detects all in built car lasers such as collision avoiding systems etc., but not the police laser gun. Radar picks up 90% of cops I’ve passed. X/k band isn’t really used by police anymore just by the speed traps on the side of the road so there are many false alarms. When it picks up Ka band though, 99% of the time it’s a cop.
