As Latinos the tortilla is essential in our meals, I am very satisfied with the quality of the material, it is not heavy and heats very fast, I have just used it to heat bread and tortillas and all super well, I still need to use it to make pancakes or crepes.

The description and the card attached to it both say it is 17" long which is the length without the handles; this is a good thing, with the handles it is 20" long. As far as baking, roasting or grilling on it - It is about as thick as a thin pizza pan.
