We are returning this product because assembly was nearly impossible without bending the frame. Safety became a question for us since our small child was going to use it. We were never able to get it fully assembled (possibly defective?) so we returned the product.

This trampoline is really hard to put together. I was able to get 2/3 of the mat attached, but had to get 2 strong men to put the rest together. It is totally worth it though.
