I purchased this product a little over 2 years ago. I used it a lot when I first got it and loved it. Then I stopped working out for the next 8 or 9 months and gained 20 pounds. product is a little shaky due to the narrow base. hardware included and hardware described in instructions not quite the same, had to buy additional hardware elsewhere to complete assembly. works well for what it is. has 18" stride like larger more expensive gym equipment.

Took a little time to put together. You will need to buy some grease. The grease will be used for several shafts. The elliptical has a long 18" stride and it feels like a smooth and natural stride. This elliptical is not flimsy. It is well built. I would recommend this elliptical.

It was much larger and heavier than I expected. It took me awhile to put it together alone but everything fit just fine. Is quiet, smooth operating very sturdy and stable. I like the heart monitor because I found my heart rate was through the roof a couple of times and I knew quickly to slow down...
