It does what I wanted to do and more. You have to play around with the time and temperature of the convection oven part, but it's not difficult to figure out. When I received the microwave, it was in its original packaging; it looked and functions as new.

The first one I received did not work. I emailed the shipping company. They got back to me within hours! I was able to return it, at no charge. Three days later, I have a replacement, and it works GREAT!!
