Works out all the core muscles and results show so much quicker than with sit-ups--and this is actually fun! Easy to take anywhere like the park or a friends house or the gym. It doesn't hurt or pinch like the other portable hoops and it's much easier to store or travel with. Love it!

Easy to fill with a bit of water, doesn't leak, made sure it was plugged tight. And unplug, drain water to travel with, love that I can burn 15 calories a minute at full speed and only have to do 15 minutes and I was breathing heavy. It was fun

I like that I can use it as a resistance band as well as for the best cardio and core workout I've experienced. It gives me a total body workout anywhere I go. It's like having a portable gym in my backpack.

I highly recommend this product. It is an excellent cardio exercise, requiring consistent engagement from abs/core to keep the hoop going. The minimum effort to keep the hoop going with recommended level of added water gives a solid workout that makes me sweat and get heart rate up quickly. Bu...
