This company is great. I bought a label maker that just quit working the second time I tried to use it. I contacted Brother and they gave me tasks to reset it and when they didn't work they replaced it for me. My new one works great and I love it.

I got this to label bins and shelving in my pantry so it has a LOT more functions than I truly need. But it's a great little machine similar enough to the older one I had so it was relatively easy to set this one up for my purposes.
