      Item arrived missing parts for installation. Communication is really bad never can get anyone on the phone and after first sorry response through email no more responses to other emails. I still have no resolve to my missing components. $900 a/c and can't use it.

      ac unit looks well designed. BUT the description should make it clear the lower unit which has the controls and directs the air is Not included, nor is the heater strip. i found the lower unit for 60 and bought it.
