Bought this hoping it would really clean. Wow did it. I clean my carpet 2 times a year. We burn wood and everything gets black from dirt from the dogs, wood and smoke. I have a Hoover and an Oreck but this is the best one yet. Others going to Salvation Army.

great product, we use to hire Stanley Steamer every November in preparation of the holidays, now we can clean anytime there is a spill. it is VERY easy to load the chemicals, set the amount of water to be sprayed, so the carpet drys within the day. should have bought this product years ago!
