The description and picture show a 3 pack of crates. I ordered 2 sets expecting 6 crates total and they only sent me 2 crates. THis is for my classroom and I need 6 crates. Disappointed. Hoping they correct the mistake!

I ordered 2 pkgs of 3 each, I received total of 2 crates for this order! Total rip off. Sides of crates are soft. Beware sellers are not honest on this site. This was one of 2 orders and both were done the same.

The listing CLEARLY states pack of 3 yet I only received one. I called School Specialty to get it straightened out. No offer to correct the order. Customer Service is clueless. We are returning them. The specs show 17.5X14.25x10.50. 14.25? NOPE. They might be 12 inches. We used site-to-store - so either they pulled the wrong ones OR the dimensions are incorrect. I think it's the latter. UPDATE YOUR SPECS! I'd have never ordered these if it had said 12 inches.
